ACOCHEM provides the ideal solution for both minor and severe water ingress issues in a variety of substrates, including stone, soil, concrete, and rock. We offer an extensive selection of polyurethane (PU) and acrylic injection systems designed to address all types of water leakage problems. Our innovative products are tailored to effectively seal and prevent water penetration, ensuring long-lasting results and protection for your structures.
PU - based or polyurethane based injection systems are designed to stop water ingress. They react quickly in contact with water and form a permanent sealing. This makes them suitable for stopping water in below grade structures such as tunnels, deep excavation but also dams etc...
Methacrylate based resins are hydrophilic and flexible resins that are used for repairing cracks and joints. Due to their low viscosity and hydrophilic swelling behaviour in contact with water, this type of resin is very well-suitable for micro cracks, curtain grouting, injection hoses and expansion joints.

Leak Sealing Injection: PURINJECT
Polyurethane (PU) -based leak sealing systems are widely used for water ingress issues due to their excellent chemical and mechanical properties. They can be categorized into one-component (1C) and two-component (2C) systems. Both are highly effective and the choice depends on the specific requirements of the sealing job, including the leak size, pressure and environmental conditions.
ONE-COMPONENT
One-component injection systems are "aqua-reactive" and require water to trigger a reaction. Our hydrophobic systems use a catalyst to initiate the curing process. Our hydrophilic systems are precatalyzed during production. One-component resins can be applied using a standard one-component pump, whether manual, pneumatic or electric.
One component, solvent free, polyurethane injection foam, ideally suitable for water cut-off in concrete, masonry structures, rock and sandy soils. Reaction with water yields a semi flexible polyurethane closed cell foam. Injected with a one-component pump. Use with 6 to 10% catalyst.
One component, solvent free, polyurethane injection foam, ideally suitable for water cut-off in wet dynamic cracks and joints. Reaction with water yields a very flexible polyurethane foam. Injected with a one-component pump. Use with 6 to 10% catalyst. Soft flexible foam with closed cells.

Hydrophilic and solvent free, low viscosity, closed cell polyurethane injection resin ideally suitable for expansion joints and tunnelsegment joints. Used as a single component system for wet conditions or as a two- component system mixed with water for dry cracks.
TWO-COMPONENT
Two-component injection systems consist of a resin and a hardener and can be injected in either wet or dry cracks, providing a reliable solution for a wide range of leakages. Two-component resins are used with a two-component pump, whether manual, pneumatic or electric. A static mixer for 2C W and 2C D is necessary.
Two component, low viscosity, polyurethane elastomeric injection resin for the permanent, elastic sealing of dry and wet dynamic cracks in concrete structures. Slow reaction to an elastic resin (pot life: 45 min). Injection with a one component pump.
A fast-reacting two component polyurethane injection resin, FCH and halogen free. For sealing and hardening in water-carrying zones, particularly against pressurized water.
A fast-reacting two-component polyurethane injection resin, FCH and halogen free. Hardening of strongly disaggregated, dry or lightly moist mountainous zones.

Leak Sealing Injection: ACRYLINJECT
Acrylic based resins have some important applications in construction and civil engineering. On the one hand, they are used to seal fine water bearing cracks in structures, providing effective waterproofing. On the other hand they can be applied to create a waterproof barrier (curtain grouting) behind structures subject to water, ensuring long-lasting protection. These systems are also designed for waterproofing or injection of pre-installed injection hoses or channels in membranes. Our ACRYLINJECT system contains 3 components: the resin, the catalyst and the initiator. A fourth component (polymer) can be added to improve the wet-dry cycles and to increase mechanical properties.
Elastic methacrylate based injection system for sealing and consolidation works in presence of water. In wet or dry conditions, the volume of the gel increases or decreases in a reversible manner assuring perfect waterproofing and perfect adhesion.
